(QQHMC) was founded as a child company of Hisense Corporation in September 1996 and it is a high-standard, high-class center for industry and products design, mold design, mold processing and manufacturing, pattern making and spraying. Based on mold processing services of pattern making and spraying, and using CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, the company is actively pushing forward the exploration, research, and making of high-precision, high-quality, and high-efficiency molding, pattern making and spraying products. Over the years the company has been absorbed in studies and analysis in hot runner technologies and air-assisted injection molding techniques, and has also done researches in RHCM, material flowing and molding, super-micro hole machining. The company had provided mold design and manufacturing services to the world top-500 companies from Europe, U.S., East Asia’s Japan and South Korea, and also to many well-known electrical home appliance and auto makers at home. Our mold products have spread across the globe, covering precision industries, IT, auto, hygiene and cleaning, electrical home appliances, medical appliances and real property.

The processing factory occupies more than 15,000 square meters and boasts more than 150 sets of manufacturing equipment including high-speed digitalized processing centers from Cincinnati Automation, Toshiba, Mikron, Makino, Hitachi, Mori Seiki, and Mahao, Sodick electric discharge digital control machine, precision electric sparking wire-cut machine, and other big domestic machines.


The pattern-making workshops and spraying workshops are mainly engaged in molding and spraying work for plastic parts of electrical home appliances like TV sets, air conditioners, fridges, washing machines, cell phones, and vehicles. The company has 66 pattern making machines and 11 high-end spraying wires. QHMC was the first to apply air-assisted injection molding and hot runner technologies, together with PU &PV processing techniques on TV’s plastic parts.

QHMC was recognized as a hi-tech enterprise in 1998 and was approved by the ISO9901 quality assessment. In 2003, QHMC was hailed Qingdao’s famous brand. Over the years in the yearly international molds exhibition, many mold products designed by QHMC were praised as products of world-class taste and of domestic excellence by China Die &Mould Industry Association. In 2006, QHMC passed the national third-level for safety.
